rarely in this are willing to exchange their bitcoin with paypal, so i suggest you looking for paypal exchange site to btc.

Many people are not willing to sell via paypal, because you can chargeback and they will lose money while you can never take back bitcoin. However, there are threads on this forum where people are willing to sell it to you.

Selling BTC for PayPal, that can be charged back after ... month, sounds like a bead idea.

Mostly people do not agree on exchanges between paypal and bitcoin as they think it is unsafe to receive paypal payments.
Paypal has a charge back option so a sender can easily claim back his sent money anytime  amid time period of 180 days.
While bitcoin once spent, can't be retrieved again. You are still free to find someone willing to deal with your paypal but for that you must move this thread to exchanges board.
