Hi all, i am struggling to understand why in this time of ICOs going on every hour collecting millions in minutes, some without a real product or business plan, other with a huge potential are having difficulties to meet even a soft cap of only 1,5 million USD ...

as an investor you can buy this index that means you are investing in all this crypto togheter lowering your overall risk: they are doing the hard informative part for you (things are getting a little complicated in this finance sector and request more time day after day)
i personally invested a little in this project after reading about it in another thread porject, Rialto.ai (another with huge potential in my opinion) so c'mon guys, have a read of Hedge withepaper and help them to meet minimum cap, you won't regret! ;-)
