Russian porn actress Ekaterina Makarova has recorded a video message to urge her country’s regulators, including the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, to legalize cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and ether. In return, she offered to make their fantasies come true.

Russian porn star Ekaterina Makarova, who goes by the pseudonym “Macy Ssens”, has recorded a video asking her country’s regulators to legalize cryptocurrencies. In her video, she addressed Russia’s Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, as well as the Communist Party leader Gennadiy Zyuganov; the Liberal Democratic Party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky; and A Just Russia Party leader Sergey Mironov.

According to a translation of her video, she said (loosely translated): "I am indifferent about the future of our country. Now ignoring cryptocurrency means ignoring progress. I think that the future is cryptocurrency. If we can now legitimize cryptocurrency [as] one of the first in the world, it will give the country a huge chance to be the world’s leader, this is my opinion."

She went on to urge the regulators to legitimize bitcoin as well as ether, adding that “then I will do what I can. I will translate into reality any of your fantasies,” Crimean news portal Ruinformer quoted her saying. At press time, there has been no response to Makarova’s offer from any regulators.

Well, well, well...this should be a good offer coming from a famous Russian porn star. I think it is time they hit two birds with just one stone. They should legalize Bitcoin by putting up the necessary regulations which can mean that more and more crypto-related projects can be coming for the country and thereby replaced China as the lead country for Bitcoin, and then at the same time they can have their wild erotic fantasies come true courtesy of Macy Ssens.

Let's see how effective can this offer to the officials responsible n deciding the fate of Bitcoin in Russia. Will the same thing be offered to President Putin? Will there be more porn actresses and even actors for that matter to come to the side of Bitcoin and offer their services in exchange for legalization?

The part where she states:

Quote
Now ignoring cryptocurrency means ignoring progress. I think that the future is cryptocurrency.

That part is so true and I would respect her opinion regardless of if she's a porn star or not.

My God... Than deeper than crazier.
She is known only among those who watch porn haha That was the first time I heard this name, but I'm Russian Grin
Well, but those words that she has said is just the same what I think about our country and what should to be done in it about crypto-currencies regulation.
I just wander why she addressed her speech to Medvedev, but not to Putin directly? I think it would be much effective.

A wonderful country Russia. What value can have the statements of some whore? Bitcoin helps people to have extra income. When it comes to Russia, this income is much above the ground. In order to use this you need Putin's approval and support of the porn Actresses? I'm in shock.

IMO any kind of support is welcome and needed. Do not care if it is a pornstar or a president, as long as it serves the cause.

she should have offered a collection of her movies
this would motivate MP's much better than her stating that bitcoin is the future Smiley
you gotta admire Russia,it never fails to entertain
it has always been an interesting battle between "we legalise" and "we ban" sides
with  Putin himself has entered the fray, mentioning cryptocurrencies and the risk they bring to the bank system
and now with porn actresses rooting for cryptocurrencies, too

Was it her own idea or not, but it is correct, Bitcoin is the way for progress and banning of exchangers stops it.
I think this message to Russia prime minister Medvedev will not be heard. She would start a petition, I think that would have much bigger effect and with the necessary number of signs just won't be skipped by politicians.
