They would have to get their chips first.  It would be pretty cruel of Avalon to ship bulk chips before finishing shipping b3, and let's be honest.  Avalon's done a pretty shitty job of meeting their deadlines as of late.  Bitfury has this strange habit of coming out of the wood works and saying, "here, looky what I have".  He's got his engineering samples, and they work.   

IMO, they're both at the same stage of the game (more-or-less), with the distinction that Terrahash is at the mercy of Avalon, and Bitfury is at the mercy of the foundry.

I heard the rumor that Avalon V2.0 would be sourcing Bitfury chips, but was skeptical. 
My mind is having trouble imagining an Avalon with 80 x 5GHs Bitfury chips/module.
1.6 TH/s in a 4 module system.
Is there a source for this?
