Liberty Reserve exchange recomendations

I'm trying to figure out how to buy some Liberty Reserve USD, but to do that I need to use an exchange service.  There is a huge amount of them to choose from, and they mostly look pretty dodgy.

One of their featured Exchange Services is a "Leading Liberty Reserve Exchanger in NIGERIA"     I don't think so!  And that one actually has a professional looking web site.  It goes downhill from there.

Can I trust sending money from my bank account to any them?

There are a few recommendation sites:

But even after looking through these, I can't figure out which to use.

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy exchange service depositing money from the US?

Recommendations would be nice.  I have a bundle BTC and want to bring it back home.

Just a thought but you could use Dwolla to get your money into Mt. Gox and then withdraw from there into Liberty Reserve. Only Dwolla would have your bank info.

I used ecardone for my first LR transfer back in June, and I've used local service a couple of times as well.  Have you looked at the ratings/comments page for the different providers?
