the highest ranking is the legend and the second highest is the hero, so only 2 of your choice, but if i can try it but i am at level full member
The highest ranking is Administrator, then the second is Global Moderator. Legendary rank is at number 4/5 below than Satff/moderator.
I wonder why people need a high rank user to post their ICO thread. Why mate?No other reasons except to make the project looks more trust-able or reliable enough imo, this offer makes the upcoming project looks fishy instead of reliable. ICO project does not need high rank account to post the thread, just show your project to us and people are smart enough to see whether your project is good or not.
