D3 or L3+ for mining into 2018

If you had to chose one which would it be between D3 and L3+ for mining into 2018 and why?

I'm waiting for a D3 and i'm thinking about selling it.

Why would you sell it, I have 4 coming, i understand people are upset that they cant get ROI in 2 or 3 months anymore, more likely 9 but in 9 months you will have the equivalent in coins and a machine still ticking over.

The object is to buy the machines and save the coins for future value, if you want money now mining is never the answer.

Bitmain have sold too many units and the ROI seems to be impossible. Today 10$/day, november... 3$/day?.

Who knows, dash is low but other x11 coins have been much better, every batch isn't another half, the first is half, the next is half of a half, and so on, so more machines than impact softens

if you have not received your asics yet, then your ROI is awhile.  For sure if you can get first batch go for it!  not 3rd + batches as its now whored out.

Even when mining gets tough there is always something to mine. Remember when people were "barely scraping by" mining Eth...

Even if you are making $1 a day in profit you can do it forever
