I'm sure cash will always persist even though the volume of usage is very small and is only used for small transactions, the future of the transaction system is cryptocurrency because it has many studies that the benefits of cryptocurrency is greater than the existing system.

I think that it will take a lot of time to reach this point of disappearance. the government just won't allow to throw the local money, money and to accept digital currency. people use money as a payment method in transactions. also it would be difficult to adjust their delivery of bitcoin or any other altcoin for shop and the market.
What all thoughts people have needs to be checked that when crypto comes that too few countries have already banned it and still they think cash can extinct. As if all the population in the entire world has an excess to computer, electricity, internet and are literate to trade in this. This will never happen and possible not even one country can stay without cash.

now more and more easier ways of payment when compared with cash. for that I see that someday cash will be replaced with other payment methods that are easier and very efficient, so that slowly cash will be extinct.

This is just a kind of speculation. We understand that many countries still refuse to use Bitcoin. If many refuse then every state that refuses to have a good reason to refuse bitcoin. Although other countries plan to remove paper money and replace it with the digital currency. This is too hard to understand. It is quite difficult to convince many countries against Bitcoin.

Maybe this will happen when other countries do the same. Other payment methods will be applied such as credit card, ATM, debit card and pay by phone.

Cash will never be extinct for it still has the characteristics that bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency does not have. One important thing is being regulated which some might find a disadvantage of cash.

Cash transactions will not be extinct,, as we know cashless transactions requires at least a media or gadget.. such as debit card, credit card and smartphone. In the third world, you will find it uncommon. Almost every society in the third world still rely on cash transactions, even on a remote locations, barter still exist!

It seems there will be many countries opposed if the use of virtual currency will result in extinct cash. Because cash will be more easily monitored, it is related to the financial system of a country's finances.

unlikely, bitcoin will never be able to replace cash. because the cash currency is a state asset and each country will not want it if its assets are replaced.

I'm not sure. Maybe in Sweden their unemployment rate is small or maybe none, so it could be happened. But what about the country who have a big unemployment rate? What about the poor people who don't even have a bank savings. Automatically they won't have any debit or credit card. They need their money in cash. So i don't think cashless revolution could be done in all countries. Maybe for some countries but not all of them.

I think not everybody will accept cashless transactions, because not all people or businesses know about bitcoin although maybe they heard about it but they don't really understand what really it is, maybe in the future if this is truly explained and understand by the people then it will exist.

Sweden is widely regarded as the most cashless society on the planet. Most of the country’s bank branches have stopped handling cash; many shops and restaurants now only accept plastic or mobile payments. But there’s a downside, since many people, in particular the elderly, don’t have access to the digital society.

I think it might happen if the governments of the whole country agree on that. Moreover, virtual money will be more practical brought wherever, will be more felt if traveling abroad. I think people will also choose virtual money.

Well, basically, if all countries will follow what Sweded is doing, then that answer will lead to a big YES. But i don't think every nation has the same idea like Sweden has. Even in the advent of cryptocurrencies is not a guarantee that cash will be extinct, soon.
It still takes a century to eliminate all the cash from the world, especially in developing countries. And cash can go extinct as a result of cryptocurrency

No that will not be happening. Reason is we can’t live without cash until all your smallest and biggest systems of your countries are turned digital. Because Just imagine you live in a country with a poor or no internet connection. How to transfer your crypto money.

Eliminating paper fiat will have a measurably negative effect on economies. Paper money represents a more efficient form of transaction than electronic payment. . Who knows if Sweden will still exist as a country in 2013. With the rate they are being taken over by migrants I really doubt it.
