maged, thanks for doing escrow.

I have two of the same machine, one is going to eroxors the other is going to someone else, just so someone doesn't think i'm selling the same computer twice.

But yes, I confirm that I am selling one machine as described to eroxors (except it may be dual core instead of quod core, i'm not sure). I will be paying the shipping cost as well for basic ground shipping.

Thanks for the verification. Escrow will be released to joesmoe2012 upon successful receipt of the mentioned equipment by eroxors. In the case of a dispute, release of escrow will be based on my sole discretion based on the evidence provided by both parties. A dispute is anything that is not releasing the escrow as agreed.

I agree to cancel this transaction according to the following terms:

1. BTC0.599 is sent to this address: 16Hn9ghR5RBc2hMxHyCaF3yBU2kbE4nsRG as a price differential from the purchase date.
2. Joe pays Maged an escrow tip of at least 2%.

Please confirm Joe.

Thanks!

Bump. Haven't heard anything? sending PM.

I'll have limited access to internet for the weekend, so feel free to complete this refund without me. Joe, I'm also still open to completing the sale if you can ship no later than Tuesday.

Why are we basing this on the gox rate? I'm paying money for interest or whatever since his money was held up for a week, but the fact that we're using gox's rate (which is 10% above all other market rates) is a bit of a question to me.

The market has not gone up since he sent the coins, it has gone down.

I'd prefer if we picked any exchange other than gox to determine the amount of interest I owe.

Sorry for the belated reply, I'm not at home right now and as such am having a hell of a time keeping up with everything online.

Hheh i do as well.

I will get the refund completed, I'm not sure when I will be to my parents house again (where the machine is located), and as such I don't think I can sell it right now. I just got to busy to get it shipped before I left town.

Again my apologies for all this, my intention was to sell the machine, I just didn't get it packaged and shipped before i left town.

This is a very good point, and I'd tend to agree.

OK? The market has gone down since the quote, which means you would owe more bitcoins if you were honoring the value on the date I purchased the machine, which you indicated via. PM that you would.

If Mt.Gox is inflated (it's used as a baseline on all transactions I've ever had?) then what exchange would you recommend? Wouldn't the difference be similar between the final value on the 5th and today regardless of the market as long as the market is the same?
