Find a Hero/Legendary member for ICO announcements / bounty

We just went live with our ICO website and I wonder what is the best way to announce here on bitbointalk. What is the best and reliable way to find trustworthy Hero/Legendary members who are willing to support an announcement and/or bounty thread?

If the project is legit there are a lot of Legendaries that can be interested. What's your project? Let us know more about that.
You should organize something good but don't forget to respect forum rules, else your thread will be trashed quickly.
