this confuses me, why not just deposit your coins to a trusted exchange site and but all the ETH you want at once and save fees for multiple transaction OR you are just here to scam for some amount of ETH :/

You can't sell a small amount of ETH on an exchange either due to their limit on selling + they charge too much fee for that + Extra transaction fee.
