Just check who your trading with and make sure they have dealt with paypal before and you will avoid scams.

If you need paypal why not just sell your bitcoins on coinbase(you have your coins on there anyways)? it is so much simpler and you are guaranteed to not get charged back by coinbase since they are a registered company in the US. Just a suggestion.

Since paypal is highly reversible, dealing with other members can be dangerous. My advice is to choose someone who has previous trades involving paypal dating back to at least 180 days prior.

Does coinbase have a bitcoin to paypal withdrawal option or am I just missing something from your statement?
