What goes into creating a new coin? Have a good idea ..

Hey guys i have a great idea for a coin and i believe it will take off. The only problem is that im not savvy on the coding, programming etc. How would someone with just a good idea(possibly great since my idea would solve problems and fulfill a need) put a team together? Any input and advice is appreciated!
