The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

The '35mins only per ip' timer resets when you refresh the page and the automated chat lol, I didn't use it but do you get surveys and stuff when you put your address? this site shouts scam I hope no one uses it.

Yes they have automated chat to betray people. After putting your bitcoin address, they display predefined messages to make people trust their system look real exploit.
Saying we have sent you 2 btc, only need to pay network fee for confirmation. This is what they actually want to take from us.
Do not make payments on their cheat system, it is 100% scam
