This user dodg has the highest hashrate on give-me-ltc, over 5% of pool total, but doesn't seem to find any blocks. What are the odds of this happening?

It seems that there was an issue with the way he was connecting to the server. He has notified us of it and we have resolved this issue. We should now start to see blocks from him.
