As far as i know selling bitcointalk account doesn't brake the rules, but almost the buyer use the high rank for scamming people for a huge amount, that makes DT user doesn't love the account seller.

Well i also read that...but i dont know what is the need to buy a higher member account...at start i was able to post 1 in every 6 minutes but now i can post 1 every minute..so its slowly improving

Yes it is allowed, but it is frowned upon by some people and if you are discovered there might be consequences

Read this, Thread , Forum Rules #18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged. for me its takes more risk if you buy any some high rank account, mostly i see more account that been purchase are going to got red trust, so just be patience and wait your account to be rank yup, its enjoying to see your own account that will rank up in your hard work.

Let's follow and don't play around the rules just to rank up. Your account might get compromised and you'll regret in the end.

but some DT member will give you red trust if you Sell /Buy accounts  but it back to members

I think this is allowed to be , but all things continue has consequences
