hello i saw that block reward 150 TME but why your pool only 120 TME?

Is 120, you can check it on the debug console tipping getblocktemplate and look the value "coinbasevalue"

Agreed, 1M is way too much, even more so because it's impossible to buy coin now, since there is no exchange yet. 50-100K would be a lot more reasonable, we won't have any working masternodes for a loooong time if the 1M requirement is kept.

The ANN has some lapses too. i.e 150 block reward is written while the actual is 120.
