You know it's against eBay TOS (and Paypal as well) to sell items you don't already have in your possession, right?

So you're not selling the rights to the mining rig, and can contact BFL at any time claiming your account was hacked and have the shipping address changed to your address again? That sounds pretty shady, like people who sell a "photo of a _____" instead of the product.

Think what you like mate you're clearly not a bidder so I couldn't care less. The winner gets full rights over the miner that is associated with my account.

I am an honest person looking for some honest money so me and the girlfriend will have somewhere to live at the end of the month.

Okay, I don't *like* thinking like this, but I will think as I please, thank you, especially when the auction violates eBay's TOS and you admitted to not selling the rig but just a "login" to the site.

This is clearly a case of you 'putting words in my mouth'. You decided yourself that I am a scammer and I am only selling my login....

Who said anything about scammer? I said "shady", you refused to admit that fact, you're putting words in your own mouth by not speaking from a position of integrity, far more than I could ever do for you.

Selling a February unit is smart, as you will hardly get your money back any time soon, when the 2012 orders ship, you will be in the hell of difficulty. That being said - I look forward to receiving my August 2012 units in a few days  Grin

Your problem here is that BFL won't change shipping addresses. They're not admitting to changing addresses for people who have moved, and the email queue is so backed up that you might not get info amended in time for your move. It's recommended you have mail forwarded.

With this in mind the risk to the purchaser is that it gets dropped off at your old address and stolen or it takes another week to get redirected to your new address and another week to them, resulting in it maybe arriving at the same time as BFL gets near the end of the order queue and they might as well have ordered direct.
