It's strange because the opened orders and images confirm. NNor doubt your word, but something strange happens. Or you lied to me show my orders or KNC system does not work.

They stated in the last newsletter that the order will be based on the preorder queue. If someone has a preorder number and pays this week, they maintain there place in the queue.

OP was quick to place orders once kncminer allowed placing orders.  But going by the screen shot you can't tell if he is a 1-500 customer.

he would have to click on one of the orders to show that.

I have a <100 pre-reg and I have a placed order# of 560

Sorry OP you're wrong in this case. You need to have registered in april on their website to get onto the 1-500 list. You will get an email of that confirmation then as proof.

We are simply re-stating KNC policy, which is to honor PRE-order numbers. Your unpaid order numbers aren't relevant - but good luck convincing someone to pay you. Also, you're a scalper so you start off being down a few points in my book. "Hey guys, look at me - I can place a bunch of unpaid orders. Aren't I cool?"

Post some pre-order confirmations or just deal with the fact that we're going to think you're not fully educated on the matter or are attempting to scam someone.

titomane, even if you believe you are right, you should try to confirm.
I'm pretty sure they originally misunderstood your question, and believed that you're talking about pre-orders.

From the last newsletter:

The order books are now open for the first time allowing full ordering and payment of the Jupiter and Saturn devices.

This is when you got your order numbers. But:

Everyone already has their place in the queue so we are giving everyone 7 days to pay and maintain that place. ... Once the 7 days are over we will provide everyone with their final shipping queue placement.

I have two very low numbers (#30  #61) from the 1-500 batch pre-orders, from the same day they announced KNCminer on the forum.

I even wrote them Sam who confirmed that I have both numbers in the queue and can transfer the second one to someone. (I'm in a process of selling #61 - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226069.0 )

Both my and your numbers in the queue can't be maintained, so one of us was misinformed.

What DPoS posted above is corect.

If you look at your own photo, where it says Jupiter and underneath is 250? If you were in the 1-500 club, it would say, "Jupiter 1-500".
