I don't think that's a great idea. And my thought ico will never band fully. Maybe they'll change some rules about ico but never banded.

some time ago I got an email about setting up ICO. The content is that there is an agency that filters out the procurement of ICO so that the ICO organized can provide good and professional results. I do not think all countries will be banned by ICO. But there should be a group that can set ICO for ICO can be a positive container in building projects that many benefits and uphold the professionalism

Never ICO can be ban worldwide, I still think the future of ICO will be dynamic and there will not be any rigid rule on how to partcipate in them

I don't think ICO's will be banned Worldwide. There is too much potential in a lot of ICOs.  That is not to say will be regulated. I believe a lot of countries will develop plans to regulate ICOs such as registering their companies with the government agencies responsible for investment markets.

What you say is true but look back on the first stage of the BTC and ETH we will see that only a few people recognize and see the value that these two coins bring them in the future. At the present time, the market needs to accumulate time and confidence from investors, and there will also be groundbreaking projects and better platforms. I would choose cryptocurrency instead of cash as it will still be safer depending on the political situation in your country.

Regulation will need to happen in order for all of these ICO's to be adopted. recently saw that unikoingold got their malta license to make legal esports betting in most of europe. https://www.coindesk.com/regulated-cryptocurrency-betting-just-got-big-boost-europe/
