The Central Bank of Lithuania has become the most recent financial institution to provide guidance to those who wish to organise an ICO in the country.
The 4-page document is divided into two sections: one that repeats the 2014 declaration prohibiting banks and financial institutions from dealing or working with cryptocurrencies; and the other that refines the ICO matters. The document is based on similar statements made by other central banks.
