 Like president duterte we know in philippines duterte have a new program that can get the phikippines grow more. Theres so many changes and helps people but why other politicians/some people didnt agree to that?

It is because they want his position. Becoming a president is the only thing for them to be the most influential people in our country. And the first move they need is to get rid whose on the top. The person/s that has a hidden agenda wont see the effort of a true and real President.
