Hi.
I am a noob here. I am an RE investor and dabble in Cryptos and want to see if these paths converge.

I have a 3 unit apartment building in Baltimore, Maryland.
Just finished a full rehab- Quartz Countertops & SS appliances. There is a 3D Virtual tour available.
It has a gross monthly income of $3100 USD and an annual NOI of about  $28000 USD.

I am a licensed property agent in Maryland. If you are serious about this drop me a line and lets see if we can make this work

65BTC

I am not sure that I am comfortable identifying the property on here.

I am happy to discuss with someone who is interested and layout the mechanics of the transaction and share a link to a 3D Virtual tour.

Hey. Talk nice.

I have made connections of this posting with a serious buyer and other inquires.
I am new to the Bitcoin community and don't feel comfortable publishing certain information. The Real Estate industry can sometimes be referred to a "You Show me yours Ill show you mine" marketplace....

If there are any serious buyers that are looking to diversify their Crypto's with some Real Estate I would love to talk

Check the market for real estate around.
People post pictures of the houses, where they are, location and everything.
If you are new to this, at least do your research.
Asking large amounts of bitcoins for unknown apartment buildings...
The language you get is just what you should expect because if u you to sell things for big money, you should provide all the information.
