It's hard to buy BTC with CC b/c a lot of people will be wary of a chargeback.  Money order/Cash can be done at some local places (walmart etc.).  The faster the method, the more it's going to cost you.  The cheapest way is ACH to dwolla (free), then dwolla to CampBX or any other other exchange (0.25 usd) and then buying on the exchange (about 0.55%).  Overall the process takes 3-4 days.  You may be able to find some people accepting paypal, but due to fees, expect to pay a 20% premium due to paypal fees.

As WuLabsWuTecH says, credit card is difficult, cash is easier. You can use BitInstant (https://bitinstant.com) to pay cash for Bitcoins at local stores. This will get you Bitcoins in your wallet in as much time as it takes you to get to the nearest WalMart. I've got a getting-started article for BitInstant if you want to go that route: http://www.bit-buddy.com/buying-bitcoins-with-bitinstant.html

If you're willing to wait a few days, you can also sign up on Coinbase (https://coinbase.com/?r=51a5b0d3867ba8db8e00000c) and buy Bitcoins from a linked bank account. Getting-started info for Coinbase is here: http://www.bit-buddy.com/buying-bitcoins-on-coinbase.html

unless you're married to using mtgox, i would find another exchange.  Many others (I use campbx but I'm not partial to them) still have dwolla, and did it properly (at least campbx did register as a money transmitter) so they won't get shut down.  Other exchanges do accept wire transfers and other fast payment methods, but once again,  ag a general rule of thumb, the faster the method, the more it's gonna cost you!
