is Coinexchangeio a serious website??

i made a transfer of ETH from bitstamp since 2 days ago and it's not yet visible

of course i had opened a support ticket, but it's 30 hours without any news.

Somebody got any bad experience with them?

I've traded on CoinExchange a few times and transferred in and out of the platform without issue. Not the greatest trading platform out there but it is functional.

It's usual for exchanges answering tickets for 5-7 days. Coinexchange has about 2.8M traffic per month which is not as big as bittrex for example, but still pretty significant, so, should be functional

I've used it before as well, and agree, it's not the prettiest or easiest site to use, but it does do the trick.  I can't remember exactly how long I ended up waiting, but I do know it was over a day.  I was turning purple to say the least, but it eventually went through.  Good luck!

I've used it for a few different coins and haven't ever had any problems with it. However, I have had a few people tell me they can't stand the 9 digit system they use on the coins. I guess I can understand that. But for me, it makes no difference. As long as I can trade, I don't really care.

for now I have not had any problems with coinexchange, all transactions that have been correct, for now i don't have any issue to report.

when i depsoited or make a withdrawal the coin always come to my wallet..

I am also using them without any major issue to trade few tokens which are not listed anywhere else but they are not quite big trading platform so its better to use other trading platform to trade top coins like ETH, LTC, ETC because bittrex and poloniex like trusted trading platforms also allow trading of these coins. Its better to use them rather coinexchange....

You could have checked for reviews online before trying them out. I have seen so many people complain about this exchange. I have never tried it and I don’t hope to ever do, but you might just need to relax for the support to get back if they ever do. 2 days is a whole lot of days and that doesn't sound good. At this stage, just keep hoping for the best or the worst.
