Look at his previous posts , all posts seems of one page but if you carefully Google it then you will find that the posts are copied from some news sites.

So is this beheviour tolerable?
This user is wearing signature and do this very often.

Guess it's tolerable till they provide the source too because many people post in press but with links.
So, if they provide it then there's nothing wrong with it I think. As well, such posts don't count towards a "constructive" post made by themselves, so they don't get paid for it.

So it's tolerable if you copy someone's post and give him credit at the last...but should not you give credit in terms of bounty also that you received after doing same thing again and again.

This user is wearing signature and do this very often.

You don't need to google it because he provides the source and that's what the Press section is for (unfortunately). It's a lazy way to get paid from your campaign, but pretty much every staff member is in agreement that the Press section has served its purpose and is now no longer needed and redundant (not to mention prime for abuse like in this case). The entire section should be locked/archived.
