To find potential ICO is here, in this forum .  But in this forum to many ICO that we will see.  And to find more potential one , we can looking for other review like in youtube,  telegram group, ICO rating, reddit and also in github.  In my opinion the potential ICO now is Worldcore, they look very good in marketing strategy.  I been see their presentation on youtube,  that really nice and very promising.

You can find the ICO projects in the Announcements section (Altcoins) at this forum. You will need to find out about all the information about the project to evaluate and decide on the investment. You can also refer to the project through everyone's comments but keep in mind that the property is yours so the opinions of others are for reference only.

I think you should find out for yourself which ICO to trust. There is a lot of feedback and this is another post that comments on this topic, of course you can support the opinion of people, but it is not always reliable.

You better do some research before investing in ICO.
First thing first, whitepaper,it describe the bigger picture of its project, almost everything in it.
And then the team and everyone behind it. I can't recommend you any ICOs since it's risky.
So you better decide it for yourself.

There's been a lot of discussions about spotting a good ico and differentiating between good icos and scams. I think the main things to remember are as follows:
1. Website. It's important for ICO to have a website and it should look impressive.
2. White paper and team. You should read the paper and info about the team to find out whether the ico is potentially legit.
3. Number of participants in ICO. I think that the more people trusted the ICO and invested in it the less risk it is for you.
4. Where there other projects like this? Is the idea truly innovative?
5. Is the goal of this ICO at least potentially achievable?

Easy  

First, learn how to avoid a scam. Second, do IT market research.Third, analyse the team and product closely. While choosin the ICO to join in I would recommend to keep in mind two things also: 1) the product should get more value from blockchain tecnology and 2) blockchain community should get value from the product

well there's some coins which will be introduced this coming November so we just need to read more about the project if that will be useful in the long run,
and also better to understand if the project will be easy to adopt blockchain  system so you will be assure that this coin will make good future to come in

Check some ratings of top ICO. But you should be very careful, many and many ICOs are very risky
