in my opinion, only third country and developing country(specific country) that will have a benefits from blockchain technology, because it's very complicated and need a lot of technology when we're trying to implement it. that is why i said only some of it will have any benefits for the implementation. but i do not know,it all are my opinion. it's not they can not do that, but instead they're not ready yet to go to that stage.

What? The blockchain requires connection to the internet and a computer of some sort....thats all. ALmost everywhere in the world has that and therefore can benefit from it.

How can Africans benefits from Blockchain technology?
I think that Blockchain technology will take time to be implemented in countries like africa, because it is one of the most under developed countries in the whole world. There are many reasons for pushing down the economic slopes of african country and they are like War & terrorism, education and knowledge gap, Unending corruption, and health & poverty. If Blockchain technology once implemented, then you can expect the benefits from it , but before that i would like to see some improvement in Education and knowledge gap area in African country.

It's the other way around. Only first world countries will see this decade the benefits of the blockchain. Africa and the rest of the 3rd world will have to wait in line for a few more years, that is if they ever will embrace it. Face the truth, the western world has solved the running water problem centuries ago while Africa still struggles with it. Do you expect them to embrace and apply a new technology with they current infrastructure, lack of money and knowledge? Take a look and check where the biggest companies that are involved in bitcoin business are, where the legal framework is being worked out and you will realize Africa and the rest are lagging behind and the gap is growing day after day.

How can Africans benefits from Blockchain technology?
Africa has many undeveloped countries. The level of technology in Africa is very low. As a result, African countries have not benefited from blockchain technology. Blockchain takes time to develop in Africa

Using blockchain technology itself might take a while but it's derivatives like bitcoin is sure to find inroad, as it is gaining traction already.
The challenges would be electricity and computing power.

Blockchain has been making advancement and big change in the system, but everything can't get implemented over the country due to the lack of sources as well it's money value decrease. Right now it has got more importance as an payment processor as well an traditional currency for daily needs.

How can Africans benefits from Blockchain technology?
The same way as everyone else, it is a large continent and some need to focus on other things rather than Bitcoin. You are right, some of African countries need to concentrate on tackling hunger and poverty, but come to think of it, the blockchain technology can equally play some roles even in those sphere, so it's not like reinvention of the flywheel is necessary to put them to use. For a start the blockchain technology can be used to conduct credible elections to usher in the right candidates and do away with the vicious cycle of corrupt and nothing-new-to-offer politicians. That done, I believe every other things will start falling into place, because African main problem is its corrupt, all knowing and self righteous rulers.

I am not sure why the general notion is that Africa means "no internet connection" and "no computer" what kind of logic is that? the benefit of the technology would be the same as it is elsewhere. the end.

I think some african countries like South Africa, Zimbabwe, Nigeria have already some knowledge about blockchain technology and there might be already some( don't have any source). In the other side, this technology would bring new realities to African countries, because it is not only about BTC, it can be used for votes, and many other innovative projects that may appear related to blockchain. Hope blockchain starts getting implemented around, and help out africa's countries in several ways.

Here's a screencap of the front page of http://golix.io an african crypto exchange. As you can see bitcoin was trading there at an all time high of $10,200/btc. This could be evidence of bitcoin being in high demand in that region. Reasons for crypto benefiting africa are numerous. Transaction rates and fees internationally are likely to be lower for btc. Taxes and tariffs could also be lower for exchange and retail. Unfortunately there is no clear answer to this other than speculation. Blockchains impact on africa isn't an issue that I can remember anyone covering to date.

Everyone can have benefits of bitcoin and blockchain technology since it is for everyone. But every states and government should actually build guidelines and regulations as what other countries do to protect the investors and the people. Bitcoin cannot be only used by the third world but also to African, Asian and everybody.

How can Africans benefits from Blockchain technology?
Africans are also human and like any other human, they can benefited by bitcoin big time. The first thing they can have using bitcoin, is the financial security. Bitcoin can be earned using many ways like signature campaign, trading or mining. Even though mining has become much expensive now, but they can mine any other altcoins and sell it for bitcoin in any exchange. So these methods can give anyone a financial security by providing an alternate profession. So they don't have to be dependent on a job and its salary. I think this is the most positive impact of bitcoin society as a whole. People are earning from their home without have to look for a job outside. So bitcoin is supporting the society financially what many governments have failed to provide.

Africans can benefit from blockchain technology by using it as a safe haven for wealth and information. You can store anything on the blockchain, provided you have internet access, and it will be immutable forever.

How can Africans benefits from Blockchain technology?
The block chain technology from where I see it can benefit Africa in several ways. However, one issue Africa is grappling with in the 21st century is the issue of electoral malpractices although there are still some issues with the advanced world but at the same time, this part if harnessed can be used for the betterment of Africa. The moment the process of choosing leaders can be error free, then the part to greater development can be cleared and gotten to easily. With the blockchain, there won't be need for elections to be decides in courts or any form of rerun because everyone will be able to see it from the blockchain and if the election is done several times again, the same result will still be gotten and nothing on the contrary.

How can Africans benefits from Blockchain technology?
I see only one advantage of blockchain to backward countries and that is the concept of having more money will evade. On blockchain it would be almost impossible to access that which country has greater amount of money supply and economic strength. Except that dont expect blockhain to feed the poor

Africans can benefit from Blockchain technology because if they invest a small amount into Bitcoin/Ethereum now, it will be worth a large multiple in the not-too-distant future.
