What are the most important qualities to look for in an up and coming altcoin?

Also, how can one tell the difference between a pump and dump, and an altcoin you should hold onto?

Any suggestions of up and coming pump and Dumps? Long-term Keepers?

It should have some real use. And a good looking dev team and roadmap with future implementations.

If an altcoin has a product then it probably will be worthwhile given that the product is good too. I dont think you know if a pump n dump is happening until it is happen. But look for a big surge up because as the saying goes if it goes up

it must come down. Same for alts, if a coin went 100% today then probably it will lose most of that back tomorrow. That and watchout for shady devs those are the likeliest P n D
