If it's good or bad depends on what you compare it with.
127MH/s isn't a lot,
at current difficulty it makes you around 0.004BTC per day,
or 1BTC in ~250days (the difficulty will most definetly rise a couple of times within those 250days, so in the end you'll probably need 2, or 3years to get your 1BTC, or maybe never get it)

Are you planning on mining 24/7 or does your system have other jobs?

Definitely never get to 1BTC Go play with http://www.coinish.com/calc/ (use expert mode). Plug in your hashrate and 1BTC as the purchase price, ROI never.

Grin
Taking rising difficulty into account, you'll never get 1BTC, ever.

If difficulty only rises 10% per 2016Blocks (and that's pretty optimistic, todays adjustment was +28%),
you'll only ever get ~0.56BTC.

So what mining hardware have you got plugged into it? A naked pi is only going to get around 127 kHash/sec not MHash/sec.
