You are not likely to find these coins on their own, only in sets of the 3 denominations together. Think a set of them just sold a few days ago for 4.5 BTC. The sales thread will only be a few posts down. Good luck with your search! They are stunning coins.

My set didn’t come with a COA but does have a digital certificate for each coin.. I believe all sets were sold funded.

Yes, all sets were sold funded afaik. I think there have been one or two peeled ones come up on ebay....

People are still trying to determine how many sets actually made it out there. My guess is ~200 .... Anybody else have anything higher?

People who have held these this long are not going to let them go without a large premium.  It would be helpful to know your budget and whether you will do in-person exchange since the value of these is quite high and people are less likely to trust the postal service.  Just getting the coins to a trusted escrow involves risk.

Yes, I believe so, but honestly, you would never notice it unless you had read the letter (sorry I don't have one anymore, but from memory it was a design error, not a physical error).
