While I think Jimmy is too gentle, even if you would not lose anything, it is not recommended to generate such fork to cause confusion, while almost contribute nothing. Really a ASIC resistant algorism from  Zcash is an innovation?

Interesting article, for sure.
For the hardfork, the first thing to know is : "who has the private key of my coins ?".
If I have these private keys, I am the owner of the coins.
If someone else (exchange, for example) have these private keys, I am not the owner of "my" coins.
