To be sincere I don't see the role Blockchain technology is going to play in this project, expect that they just want to raise fund from the ecosystem. This project don't need blockchain to be a hit

Interesting. I think you have to appreciate that the EPA eventually will force mining companies to adopt the blockchain for sensor readings.
