Need help with NXT desktop wallet!

Hi guys,

I have installed NXT desktop wallet, and it is now downloading the blockchain.
It will take a few hours I guess...

Can I transfer NXT from BITTREX to my NXT wallet now, before the end of the blockchain download?

If you have the public address of your wallet, then yes you can. Perhaps it is a good idea to send a small amount from Bittrex first, before sending your main transaction. That way you can check if it arrives in your wallet.

You can also switch to lite client, it doesn't download the blockchain. I would not recommend sending NXT before the sync has finished. But I'm also a technewb so..

I tried to use the Desktopwallet... But it took ages, so now using the browser wallet
