Does the server MOBO have 4 pci-e slots? Is the p4 a 32bit or 64bit? I am from the us but for the right price am willing to pay shipping.

yes idd, its odd just put the 8800gt in that slot... it fits but thats all
dont know if its gonna work.. somebody know what those slots are?

there are 5 of them,
