I think you might have enter the wrong password 3x which could be the cause of this and I will ask you to contact your wallet provider for the right solution.

You have entered the wrong password 3 times and the website has blocked you because of the attempts you tried that have failed. Try to contact their support to help you out, or any ways you could retrieve back your account.

Easy bro if you dont forget your secret pins and also your Secret Mnemonic key which is can help you to reset your pin if emergency. use it if you have it. Or check your gmail account cause sometimes block.io send a code through gmail to assure that you are the owner of that wallet . But it will works if you enable the two factor authentication in block.io.

Well majority don't have any problem about block.io so I think we will see less response if they gotten a reply from block.io recently. About your concern, no way anyone here can answer you except for the block.io support itself.

Likely you triggered their security. Why failed to login multiple times? Are you the one did that or you just experienced it the moment you logged?

Do you send a query now for their support? How long are you waiting now?

That's exactly what OP has mentioned in his post? maybe try different device/IP if same error try after 24hours if still no luck contact support maybe its website problem since login page is not loading at all for me.

You are thinking that their support isn't working perfectly? The question is have you ever tried to contact them? You are assuming it that it won't help you but that's the best thing to do. But in this type of problem you are dealing it looks like just a minor problem and you really failed to log in and you tried to log in many times. This is just a normal system login feature that when someone tries to login multiple times and it's a failure, you're account will possibly lock for a certain amount of time.

As briefly I wish to address the issue,it is quite self explanatory. You tried logging in from a particular device which exceeded the number of attempts.And hence the security block which is a nice service to prevent unauthorised log-ins.You need to contact the support as suggested in the above posts.Technically,they're not your system admins but that's the best thing you could do at the moment.

You should try contacting their support as they are the only ones that can resolve your problem. I started using their wallet this year and I have never experienced such issue but if it is the case of you entering the wrong password thrice like some have mentioned, then support is your best shot.

However, I hope you saved you mnemonics though, cause that is your second and probably the last best shot.

I have not actually come across such situation, try an Check if you received a mail from your block.io account, hope your mnemonic details are intact, cause that will be your only way if your system administrator should ask for it.

No one would really able to help him out but only block.io itself since this is just really a normal security precaution on most sites which if you do logged in the wrong password for how many tries then they would normally locked out which isnt really surprising at all and as being said there not really need to worry as long you do have the important informations regarding on such account incase of recovering it.Sending support ticket would be the nearest possible solution as of now. I havent experience any problems regarding on this stuff.

Yeah think positive to think clearly with unnecessary judgement possible look for possibilities like gmail or any domain that supports your email in block.io authentication is a must you must first ensure your security and recovering what youve lost. Back-uping things after creating or applying is the most important. Well you just cant budge out the admins authority in this because you hold your account no them their only job is to facilitate.

This only happens when you type the wrong password multiple times in a row. If you encounter this, just message the administrator for support or send them an email using the email you used to sign up with them and tell them about your concerns. It usually takes days or even weeks for them to process retrieving account, so just wait till they are finished doing it for you.

Now if ever you get access to your account again, withdraw everything you have there and move it to another wallet. Better if you transfer it to a desktop or modified wallet where you have access to your private key. I recommend you use any of these wallets: Jaxx, Exodus or Electrum.
