Check the youtube videos about the bitcoin miner for beginner to learn the tactics and components you need to start mining with the ASIC miners. Bitcoin mining is most efficient and high yield income in the mining platform.
You with the proper reseller to purchase the machines nowadays many people are scamming when we go with the antminer machine purchases.

As many mentioned in this forum, it is better to seek your answer not through this forum but through research. You can easily learn online may it be written or video tutorial. However, in my opinion, you really need to have a big capital to be a big company in order to compete in such business. A lot of companies are already doing this and as time goes by, fewer Bitcoins are to be mined. What also makes this hard is that these companies already grew in terms of their hardware because of the updgrade it already can afford.

Bitcoin mining with some units will not give you much profit, even if you have electricity zero but other problems you will be facing like noise problem. Apart from that the difficulty level has gone up so you wont get much profit, Instead of that you can go with altcoin mining which are new to market and have good potential so that you can mine them and sell them in exchanges immediately with good profit.

if he say he has them  left it is the best you can do.

if he does not want to ship to europe  link him to this post as I will help to ship it.

A second thing you can do  is go to the market place

and write a thread  that says  looking fo ran s-7ln  I am in Europe and  I want one.

I can use an escrow  such as: philipma1957

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=75.0

I am not sure what these cost but I do know they are way lower then 1000 Euro

this is a rip off price

Bitcoin mining business was profitable then and many people or miners has make a lot of money around 2012 to 2014. Bitcoin has gone too high in price and to mining them now is very difficult not only light but it will take you a lot of time to make reasonable profits. I will advise you to mining altcoins as some of them are highly profitable now. Another way that is easy to do is investing into bitcoin is very profitable and most of the miners are diversified to buy and holding bitcoin. 1000euro is a very good money that you can use to buying bitcoin now and sell when the price has go up maybe in 2020.

Seeing on the amount you are willing to invest in then it wont really be sufficient enough to buy a single miner itself unless if you do go for 2nd hand antminer s7 which can able to mine bitcoin since you don't have any problem on electricity then you would really make some profits but don't expect that ROI would really be short and considering that s7 would have lesser hash than on latest s9. You can check it out there bitmain.com on their prices.

With 1000 Euro you would probably be better off investing in building an alt coin mining rig out of used parts gathered online from places like kijiji. Returns on coins like ether for example can be a solid 8 month equipment payoff period and unlike bitcoin mining your equipment should have a reasonable resale value especially the GPUs
