ChanceCoin. Every time you send a CCC to someone, the network is provably fair and sends randomly to some address. No one can get coins unless the network specifies you. Even mining doesn't mean that you're entitled to the coins you've mined.
there’s that whole problem - where mining is actually reality as opposed to something that you think about doing , then it happens.
but other than that i like the idea .
better would be that the existing units mined exist and on transactions - new (spouted units at a fixed amount per transaction) randomly go to a random address
actually that would be cool .
the random bits should in this case come from a fixed fee because - that would act as an equalizer and also mean that people would not just trans or try to game it.
