In exchanges, the users feel comfortable with being Anonymous, but not the exchange itself as it is their money they are ptting into. Can you please provide the community some insights about the ones behind the screens, the promoters, the team, etc.?

Yes, we have plans to add more coins soon but we cannot share anything on this at the moment. You can subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to get notified when we add a new coin.

Any specific coin you want us to add?

Honestly, we are a BRAND NEW service. It will take time to become a trusted and reliable member of this community. As with any crypto service, start small. Just try a very small transaction to see how the system behaves. It's a fully functional system, so you'll immediately get the feeling of that.

If you have any issues, you can contact us at live chat, email or through contact form and we will get back to you soon (usually within 24 hours).

You have a nice site and mobile friendly too. I've read the FAQ and questions in my mind about the site were answered there. It would be a big help, less hassle for people who need to swap coins instantly.

I saw this, "Missing your favorite coin? Let us know here: support@coinwale.com.", does it mean that suggested coins will be prioritize to be listed?

What is the difference between your exchage and Nexchange itself? Your website is basically a Nexchange clone but with a different color scheme (with same rates, same fee and same "real time rates");

You can even find a "Coinwale is Powered by Nexchange" text at the bottom of the page. So what's new?

No major difference, you can exchange from any of the platforms.

An in-detailed answer will be added to our FAQ soon.

I'm pretty sure that if you exchanged at CoinWale you're giving the owner of CoinWale referral commissions.
Which is completely alright. Good on you sir, and hope you continue doing honest business

We want to be transparent and fair. Yes, we use Nexchange API and it's already mentioned on our website everywhere - About us, FAQ, Footer. We get 50% of fees that you pay i.e. 0.25%

It does not matter where you trades, exchange rates are same on both website's.

We would love to answer more of your questions guys & if you make a trade please do write a review here so other users can benefit from it.

Do you have plans to support ERC20 tokens in the future or are you sticking with only the coins you posted here?

Adding a new coin depends on what community asks for. If there are more and more users asking for a coin then we will add it.

Which coin do you want us to add?

We are in touch with Nexchange team and they are committed towards adding a new coin that community demands for. If you suggest any coin to us, we will discuss it with the core team at Nexchange.
