So you are only dealing with people with green trust from DT2 or DT1. I wonder why is that?
What first comes to my mind is that you want to farm trust, but i could be wrong. I just do not see any other motive dealing only with people that have green trust.

You didnot simplify if you're planning to buy stuff with $20btc or fiat. However, you can check out the trading part of this forum, amazon, ebay and you could try the bitcoin free online ecommerce market place (openbazaar).

Yo did more harm to your trust rating by trying to change it artificially, as this post indicates that you want to do trade with green trust members, who would leave positive trusts for you, which will gradually hide up your red.
