What is the meaning of "Best share" in Cgminer? In the stats section i see best share x k.

Down below all this i see accepted x diff x k /64 g p o 0.

Is there a site that describes the stat output meanings in cgminer? Some i have figured out on my own and others still mystify me   ( u , w u, st, s s, l w, g f and r f) and of course best share.

It's the biggest share you've submitted in that session.

For example, here are some from my rigs: 54513888, 44478594, 11793401, 7002885

Im assuming the bigger the share the better chance to claim block? Or what significance does it play?

So diff 5.34 k / 64   is very bad then. i would need to have 39.6m or more at current litecoin diff, right?  the 64 is the mining pool difficulty i take it to get paid for a share, right?
