I have a shit ton of bills and it's time to dump the coins I have left. I have buyers from local bitcoins as well but they're restocking GDMP right now and I need this money ASAP. I will do 15%- MtGX. If you're interested you can post here or PM but this deal is only open until local bitcoins guy is restocked (it will be today).

I would consider doing a fewer smaller transactions up to the total like 5btc at a time if that is better.

I don't think I can easily load that onto my debit card. Can you just buy greendot with you okpay stuff or no? I think WU or moneypak would let me get to the money.

Nobody else? I guess I can sell smaller amounts but I don't really want to do anything less than 2BTC at a time.

I'm sorry I don't escrow due to bad past experiences. I will be willing to do small incremental transactions such as you sending half of what you're paying for, I send all of what you're buying. then you send the other half. this minimizes risk for both parties.

I am willing to send 100% of what you're buying (because you haven't said yet I can't give details?) after you send 50% of what you're paying. If you want to break this down a little further I'd consider it but honestly it starts to become a headache and turn into 20 transactions. I've borrowed/paid back/loaned/sold/bought btc across several places (here, swc, localbitcoins) and the other party has never had an issue with my terms and all transactions since I stopped sending first or asking other party to send 100% first have gone smoothly.

Again I do have a guy on local bitcoins who buys+15mtgox but he's kind of slow to the trigger and I'm in a hurry so I'm willing to take on this extra headache for faster money but not willing to risk losing it. This isn't spending money for me it's for very important bills and frankly I just can't afford to lose it.

On another day when I'm trading for fun yea maybe but for now we must come to some agreement where you send me a show of faith payment which I will return with the full amount owed then leaving you the chance to either steal the rest from me or make good on your end.

If you think that and aren't comfortable trading with me that's fine. My car was repossessed and I'm just trying to make some cold hard fiat to deal with that situation. I can't afford to lose the money. Someone not wanting to play by your rules, which is not the norm outside of this website, does not make them a scammer. I believe what I've offered is perfectly reasonable and puts the same amount of risk on both of us to lose half of what we were looking to trade.

I think escrow from John K would be perfect for this though. I don't know what bad experiences you have had and who actually provided it for you, but it seems John K is a trusted member and is unlikely to steal.

So why won't you?

You're obviously free to think what you want. I'll wait for localbitcoin guy I guess. If anyone else decides they're interested and doesn't think escrow is the end all be all of business transactions (it isn't) then just send a pm.
