Updated Topics

How can I remove a topic from my "Updated Topics" list ?

This is how I open Bitcointalk and there are many topics I dont want to follow anymore.

Is it possible ?

smf forums watch topics if you post any message on it. just delete your post on that topic and you can never watch again. i have no idea without deleting self posts

Next to the "reply" button at the page is a button which you can use to unsubscribe from a post/thread.

I have more than one message on many of them, so I guess it is not possible. Too bad.
