Bitgesell (BGL):  A modern and truly scarce store of value. Burn rate is 90% of tx fee. Yearly block reward halving.

It's just the beginning!

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I don't think it is good to use the same target for every coin you invest in.  Do your research, and then once you find the coin you want to invest in it is best to set a stop loss and then a couple of target prices.  When you have a price target that you sell at it will always be planned profit.

It depends on its market cap, if I think it can rise more, I hold it. ''I aim to hodl forever'' what a option?  So you are waiting those coins to die.  It is all about potential.

This would really be on case to case basis depending on the coin you would invest.Hodling is not always being suggested same as you said there are coins which do have really a big supply which we can already presumed that holding it for long term would be somehow pointless because pumping it would really be a rare case.

I generally sell coin after it gains around %10 to %25. But it depends to coin. Bitcoin or Ethereum are different than useless tokens. I directly dump useless tokends to ground right after I see profit.

If I were to hold a coin, I will usually hold until it becomes profitable. It doesn't matter if it gained 10%, 100% or more, as long as it is profitable, I'll sell. To achieve that, some things  must be considered. Patience and good decision is the key. But there are cases that are urgent, if that happens, I also sell to immediately respond to the urgent need.

In trading alternative coins, you should always be careful and attentive. I'm not afraid of temporary price changes. And I keep the coins until they bring me the planned profit. Sometimes it takes a very long time, but I'm ready to wait

Actually it depends I sell if I already gained profit, probably if it double the price. If the coin I invest is good project some of my coins I hold for a long term investment. Then, in case needed for a trading funds I sell my hodling the I buy back the cheaper price.

As mentioned above, for me it depends on the coin, and why I am holding it.

For example ICO that I really believe in such as, Bitquence, I bought allot at 4 cents each in the ICO.

My first rule is that I sell 1/4 of the coins if they ever hit 4x the price. I had forgotten about Bitquence until I saw it around the $1.20 mark. This was far above my 1/4 sell point and as such I sold 3/4 of the coins and held 1/4 long term.

However normally, my aim is to sell 1/3 at 3x the bought price, and hold the rest until I think the profits are substantial enough to swap into the next coin.

For other coins, such as Bitcoin/ Ethereum/ Waves/ Ark etc I am holding long term and I don't have a sell price.

Yeah, no. It depends on what are you investing in, if you like trading shitcoins, better be out quickly, but if you aim at solid projects (nothing is risk free tho) you should always aim at that perma-hold.
I always buy coins that i could see myself holding in 1, 2, 3... years.

I agree, it depens on how you do trading and selling coins. If the coin has the potential to grow usually I hold it for a long term. But if on shitcoins, Im just gaining profit probably atleast 10% and if I already earn I sell my coins.

it can't be determined because the chart of the every coin is not same as other. Sometimes i got up to 30% profit from my investment and i just try to cash it out and try to put another buy back again in the lower price. You are talking about the unknown answer dude.

Ideally, we sell coins when they are in profit or, better yet, when they are in many folds already. However, in my case, i sold my Coins when i badly need some financial support and i got nothing but my coins; somehow a desperate move. Anyway, Holding on your coins depends on the coin itself. As for me, i hold on to them until they profit like two or three folds and when i see its value going down for a while, i tend to take on the profit and let the rest of the coin grow for some time,  say a year or two; unless i really, really need to sell them or find any viable reason to do so.

it depend on the potential of the coins if the hype is high or it is in top100 in coinmarketcap im going to Hodl it as long as i can. But if im am risking into a random shit coins atleast 15 % increase from my investment will do and start again another trade for another coin.

There is no certainty how long I hold a coin. But surely i learn from experience, I sell monaco MCO and a few months later its price rose drastically, I regret it too. So I keep hold some alt which I think in the future will be a valuable asset.

Depend on the future of that coin project and the price. Sometimes the altcoin price is fall down after they entered the exchange, that's why it's better to wait 1-2 months until it calm down, after that i'm looking any information and updates about that coin. IF there a good sign, i will hold more.
