I feel so late to the party. Coins now are very expensive, like $5800 for Bitcoin and $345 for Ethereum... then $5 - $30 for other coins. I take a look at the blockchain explorers and see big holders of coins, for example some people have 1000+ bitcoin, a lot of people have 500,000+ ethereum. These people got the coins when they were 1 penny each, now I have to pay $500 for the same coin?

Why are the coins so expensive today? Can I go back in time and get them cheaper?

Even if I put in a lot of my money, I only get a fraction of what people were able to get 1 year ago. 1 year ago people got coins for 1 penny and stashed 100,000 coins for $1000, now I have to pay $1000 just for 1 coin?!? I feel so ripped off!

Also I knew about Bitcoin when it was $30, and I knew about Ethereum when it was $7! I was alive in these time periods and was looking online and reading about these things but it all flew by!

Am I too late to the party? Is it a good time to get buy today or should I find a way to time travel back in time?

My frustration is BIG.
Of course not! It is never too late to invest in cryptocurrency, and if you try to invest on time, then the profit for a couple of months is provided to you

Of course too early to invest in the cryptocurrency was more profitable than it is now. But nobody said that the growth of the cryptocurrency has stopped

It is never late, it's like you go to school. I used to feel depressed because my friends of my age had been studying for a year before, but later on I looked back. I still find that my decision to continue studying is correct

I perfectly understand your condition, because I experienced similar feelings when I learned that ETH at the beginning of 2017 was worth a penny, and by the end of 2017 it is more than$1000. But alas, time machines don't yet have. Therefore, we need to put up with what we have now. As for the market, I think now is the perfect time to start investing. Since all the coins sank on the correction very much, and therefore it is a good time for successful investments. So you have everything ahead of you.

An interesting fact: a year ago the bitcoin rate was $ 5,800, and the ethereum rate was $ 345. Now bitcoin costs much more - 6451 dollars, however thus ethereum has lowered to 226 dollars. Thus, ethereum during this time has fallen very much in comparison with bitcoin. I hope soon ethereum will restore its price positions.

You are not actually late to the party as Crypto is unpredictable, many more parties to showcase in the history of cryptocurrency and hopefully you will take part as far as you remain Crypto enthusiast and investor.

Yes, the great 2017 (and beginning of January 2018) party is over, nothing can be done about it without a time machine Grin After big party a strong hangover is nothing unusual. But after a recovery, new party will start. So be happy that you have an opportunity to join the next party, it is still only a beginning, still only a few people own cryptos and the total marketcap is relatively small. If you look back to the past, there were already several parties, much more will come, there is huge room for growth.

Sorry to say that, mate, but it seems that you will never go back to Eth sold at $20. Whales that have like 100k of Eth in a single wallet just won't let us do that - it is their interest to keep the price for at least $200.

maybe it could be said yes, at this time the market is very bad because all the price of coins dropped. and this is very detrimental to us investors, and if you are just starting out in Crypto right now, then you will only lose.

In my opinion, the cryptographic market is an interesting market. It creates many opportunities for us to make money but there are many risks that can happen at any time. At present, the market has signs of recovery. So it is not late for you to learn the knowledge, accumulate experience to participate in this market.

You are in FOMO syndrome a social problem, not just financial investment. Once caught up in this syndrome, people in general and traders in particular will "dive" into things that are not clear, leading to unnecessary or trickery costs, or investing in things that have gone bad. Its true value, causing itself a serious loss.
It is not late to see the problem and investing in Bitcoin at this time is right.

No, there will still be a holiday on our street. Maybe we went into not wright time, although, as not wright time... We just came in time, when the market has low positions. Next, only growth prospects ... Or a fall yet, but then there will still be growth)

It is never late as long as you obtain the cryptocurrencies at a low price and sell them at a higher one, though you may not gain as much as those that invested when bitcoin was worth just pennies, you can still make a good amount of profits.

Not much persons are invested in cryptocurrencies or even know enough to make an investment decision on it. We are still in the early adopters stage, you are not late to the party

yeah, you are right. even if bitcoin was invented in 2009, we are still the early adopters because there are still a few people who join in the cryptocurrency and there are many people in out there who don't know anything about the crypto itself. so you are not late to the party, and you can start when you feel you are ready and don't forget to buy bitcoin for the main coins.

Invest now and in a couple of years you will have what the people you are looking at now have. It's not a fact that these people remember the passwords from their wallets or even look at the crypto currency. I'm sure there are those who lost the password of the entrance and are now suffering more than you. They will not be envied. It is a pity that we can not go back and change something. but we can live now and make our investment for the future. Do and wait and you will be happy five years from now.
