Hi,

I am new to bitcoins and am just getting started. I would like to buy some bitcoins , however I see that most exchanges I have looked at either charge very high fees , require a lot of documents or have a very high margin. What is a good way to buy some bitcoins(what are the good escrow services to use?).

Could someone please provide me a list of what are the good bitcoin exchanges which are p2p(something like localbitcoins), but dont have to meet in person and people are okay to use an escrow.

Are bitcoin exchanges the only way(other than mining) to get some bitcoins? How do I find other people who are ready to sell for a reasonable market price?

The second question I have is about how to transfer bitcoins to exchanges for trading without losing money in transaction fees? Is it better to directly give the person my bitcoin address on the exchange or is it better to use something like exodus, store my bitcoin and then send a small part of it to the exchange?

Who determines what a fair bitcoin price is? Is it the coinmarketcap website?
