we need chinese to regulate their exchanger first,because the majority people who bought it came from chinese.
but upward movement ? yes we should see it soon.
after the split and another decline that will happen to Bitcoin later on

The silver to bitcoin's gold always delivers. I see no reason why we won't see a $100 LTC if the market keeps up the way it has recently.

Litecoin has had a nice pump the last couple of days, I think mainly because of the BTC pump.
It can go higher and we can achieve 100$ at the end of this year, but then litecoin needs to come out with some big news (new features,...)

I think bitcoin and ethereum are going lot more stronger than litecoin nowadays. Litecoin doesn't have fresh room to attract investors. I think it will reach ath eventually but not soon...

I think it will. In my opinion it is absolutley undervalued but as you can see at the current correction it stands qite strong. And when the fork(s) are through i think that more and more buyers will move into litecoin

the current price rise of Litecoin (the USD value) is because of bitcoin price rise and the fact that there is a HUGE resistance around the 0.01BTC price (in the BTC market) which never lets litecoin to go below that mark so it keeps the price up.

there is also the fact that LTC is a good altcoin with a lot of media attention lately with the developer so active in the social media and with SegWit and with that other stuff.

i can see LTC rise a lot more this year too.

well, litecoin already surpassed 0.01 BTC, so it might continue its growth. I believe that 100$ is possible as ltc shows pretty good support while current btc bullrun

If there is one coin that has a positive correlation with BTC, the coin is Litecoin, if BTC continue its bullish run then expect Litecoin to continue in that direction too

Litecoin has always been one of those coins that moves up with bitcoin. and now that bitcoin is shining Litecoin is following it ever so strongly too. and this upward movement can potentially turn into a bigger movement and be the start of a big rally.
but in order to reach $100 (which is 2x rise) we need something good coming, possibly the release of some Lightning Network wallet apps or maybe the confidential transactions on LTC. and then we will see the moon fast.

I think it will surpass the $100 in next few month.

I mean, the DEVs spend a lot of time developing new features like Lighting Network and many more. They brought LTC back to live.

Many investors are hoping for this and maybe we will soon be witnessing it, just keep your fingers crossed and count on being that this will happen in near future.

ATH is around 0.035 BTC (it spiked to 0.48) so it far far away from it. This would be around 190$ (around 264)

Around 700 days since 2013/4/28  LTC has had a higher ratio then currently (0.117).

So back to the Question....LTC is still way under performing. I do not think it will reach 0.035 in 2017.  Unless BTC blows up and everyone
will run to the LTC safe haven.

It'll be a while for the price of the coin to go up the way that you want it to. Ltc has a bunch of investors trying to keep the price up so there shouldn't be any major dumps till the price goes up.

I think there is room to go upwards. We are now around .0111. We should go back up around .0200 is possible imo

Will it reach it's ATH soon?
Maybe if the market stays bullish in whole. But don't expect it to make any major jumps. Right now the spotlight is clearly on bitcoin with the two fork coming up. Litcoin only pumps greatly if the Bitcoin development stands still or there Bitcoin reached its maximum in transactions and people need a reliable alternative.

But don't get me wrong if you need a safe investment get some LTC it will definately follow the market trend. I recomend anyone to have about 5-10% of their BTC value in LTC.
