electricity questions

1. I have a Spondoolies SP30, which says it will take both 110v and 220v.... Is this actually correct?
2. If it takes 220V, why are my two power plugs, the standard USA 110V male plugs and not 220v plugs? Do I have to buy different plugs/cables for a 220V outlet? If so, does anyone have an example of such a plug, I cannot find a plug that has a server style female to anything other than a standard 110V male that goes into the wall.
3. I want to use a dyer plug that is a 4 prong plug to power my 220V miner. Has anyone done this? Should I just replace the 4 Prong outlet with a standard USA 100V plug? Then plug my miner into that? I am concerned this has some types of issues I am not aware of because I am not an electrician at all.

Please don't lecture me on the dangers of screwing with electricity. If you know the answers, please tell me otherwise, keep your opinions to yourself.

This is off topic here.

But to answer, I think there is no integrated solar powered miners, or a PSU that is solar. Solar energy is a separate system for your electricity supply that can be grid tied to save electricity bills.

You can buy solar panels connected to an inverter. You may also want to have batteries for electricity storage.
