Question for anyone who sees it:
Elite Bounty Hunter Paradise can do almost anything, since I have a huge amount of ideas, so our "tokens" will be much better than the low bar average ones.

Why do ICO "investors" keep buying at the late stages (i.e. post seed, from a website) when so many tokens end up almost worthless? Of course, everyone wants to catch "the next LTC", since it once traded at 6 cents ($0.6), but when people get burned so often why do they not demand something better?

Edit: I think we are required to edit our reserved posts with some additional information.
My favorite character from star-trek series is Jean Luc Pickard.

Mostly because of how "memic" this character is also startrek series with him where aired during my childhood so nostalgia is strong with this one.

I don't live in the USA, but I had a quick look at the state of California's requirements:
"Completed applications for new money transmitter license, along with the non-refundable fee of five thousand dollars ($5,000) made out to the Department of Business Oversight, should be addressed to Mr. Patrick Carroll, Strategic Support Manager, Department of Business Oversight, Division of Financial Institutions, 45 Fremont Street, #1700 San Francisco, CA 94105-2219. You may contact him at (415) 263-8559 or by email at patrick.carroll@dbo.ca.gov"

I'm not if this helps, but there is a list of estimated costs here for each state:

Question of the day:
How do you deal with people who try really hard, but might not be "Elite". I have trouble with rejecting people, any advice from individuals with hiring/supervisory experience?

Does everyone you hire have to be elite? I mean alot of people who try really hard and are not elite, just need more time, then maybe they'll surprise you  Wink

"In ~7 days if you were to decide how much of your massive fortune to leave to your children or other family (i.e. The funds are "stuck" in a smart, really smart contract for over 20 years) what % would you leave for the next generation?"

I think the percentage is difficult to designate ... from what% ... the monthly pension is better suited Wink
