Nope. You'll barely make anything and probably even end up with negative profit because of the electricity you have to pay. I suggest doing work on your pc instead. Probably writing, programming, eCommerce, SEO, all those stuff. Depending on what marketable skills you have.

Well, its not profitable, because having a bad pc will generate only few h/s and cost a lot of electricity. You will earn of course but the expenses is much larger than what you earn.

Good one.  Wink   I second that.

Or use this PC to write articles, reviews etc. If you build a good reputation you might get hired.
Alternatively you can build reputation here, rank up and participate in signture camp. (I'm not fan of these but you can make a good income ... just please do not spam)

A PC can’t be use to mine Bitcoin anymore. You need good mining equipment such as Antminer.

You can simply use your pc for other bitcoin earning platforms excluding mining as minung bitcoins has a lot of difficulty and also can't be mined from a low configuration pc. You need a high advanced technology miner to mine a good amount of bitcoins. You can start your trading with your pc orelse you can simply create a website and start earning there by just spending some time on the web.

It all depends on your computer and electricity bills, if you can level them up to zero using solar panels and you have good equipment you will earn a little more than "low".

Try to mine a ETH or litecoins with your pc. Eth's code is built for GPU mine only, so, you can earn smth if you have a free electricity

What do you mean by "what is the difference of mining"? For bitcoin use ASIC but even then there's a very high turnover for these miners.

I guess not.. Bitcoin mining these days needs a proper hardware in able to mine bitcoin efficiently.
Right now, ASIC miners are now the leading hardware in terms of mining bitcoin. Because it can solve bitcoin blocks much faster and energy efficient so you pay less for electricity bill unlike old hardwares to mine bitcoins. ASICs price is ranging to 100 bucks to $3000 depends on quality and performance. Anyway, i think GPU mining is not used by miners anymore since they are slow at solving blocks. But some altcoins can be mined by GPUs. You should find them at altcoin mining section. And i think it's more profitable than bitcoin mining. But still depends on altcoin you mine.

Guess? It's a fact! It is guaranteed that you'll have no profit when mining bitcoin using GPU. If you somehow mined a bitcoin it will just be paid to your electricity and it is not even sufficient to pay your bills. You may find altcoins with potential so you may start mining it.

This is much profitable than what OP has in his mind.

You're essentially burning your pc for fractions of a cent if you attempt to go for mining at this point
